He might be stuck in a former battle. You can check that here, it's the Statistic page of the battle arena. :]

Check your statistics page and see if the pet is in a battle currently. Or, if it's been transferred within the last 30 days, then it wouldn't be able to battle.

Thanks guys, but I've checked and it is not in any battle, and also was not transferred :c

Is he hungry/unhappy?

If he isn't stuck in battle, and is full, health, and happy, I would file a ticket.

I think I will do, everything is ok with he :(
