Is this only available through the MC? I can't figure out what has been keeping its street value at 1/10th of their shop value. Are they a giveaway item?

I'm pretty sure they were in a giveaway like 2 years ago and their price has been that way ever since then. Similar to the Malevolent Grimfruit, I guess.

Free shop 2 lumineves ago I think. They haven't been used up enough since then to recover.
