For fun, I like making movies, but at the moment, my camera SUCKS! I'm looking into buying a Nikon Coolpix P500 and was wondering how the video and sound recording quality is on the camera. Anyone a camera expert?

If you want to know about video/audio quality you should go to youtube and search the camera name + reviews. Usually you'll be able to find some good ones on the first page. Also reading reviews on websites such as amazon, bestbuy, or cnet really give you and overall idea of how the camera works and if there are any problems people are having with it.
