@ Ipsi - Yep, they will say open and you can still turn in trinkets/buy stuff. However, some items may retire after the event end.

I've never seen items retire. That's one of the reasons the Menagerie is so huge to start with. Is this retirement announced somewhere, is it new?

I wonder if he'll retire old orotund only or some of the new ones too!
