Riptide isn't a combined legendary. Most of the original legendaries are pretty scarce now, so some are selling for more than the combined ones.

I bought a Riptide for about 60m, oh, maybe six months to a year ago? Riptides don't vend much any more, so they're pretty hard to get now.

Risen is probably 40-60m, but they're kind of hard to sell at 60m.
