when it says total 10 slots does that mean it can grant you 1-10 slots? not just give you 10 slots?

There are 3 items that increase a pet's TC. This one gives your pet 1-3 spots: [item2=Magical Keepsake Box]

This one give your pet at least 10, but may give more: [item2=Multi-Compartment Keepsake Box]

Finally, this one, that comes from the loyalty totem gives all your pets 10 slots: [item2=Loyalty Treasure Chest Totem]
