I'm just wondering what code people use to get the trademarks and copyright symbols next to their shop names? Whenever I try to input the character directly or use &, the shop's title gets messed up whenever I submit it.

Is there also a list of characters or a font type that's acceptable? (Like Unicode or something?)

There are certain characters that are acceptable. If you use the actual code itself - it should show up - but HTML is disabled in editing user shops so be advised, it may not come out the exact way you want it to.
