Are toys in a similar vein to food in that there's a list of the different toys your pet has played with that you can look at/achievements for it? The only achievement I know of for it is play with a r99 toy. Thank you! :)

Nope. The suggestion has been made to have a toy achievement like the Gourmand achievement, but it hasn't been implemented and I'm not sure it ever will be.

That would be actually a good idea. I hope it will be implemented someday... In the meanwhile, I believe toys are just used in pet treasures or galleries.

Does anyone know if not playing with your pets would actually affect anything?

- I think having an unhappy pet may affect battling, otherwise there is no penalty and actually an advantage since Major Drills quests will sometimes ask you play with your pet with a specific toy.
