Just wondering if weapon mods were stackable?

For example, if I were to put on three Critical Strike Tear Crystal, would I get fifteen percent chance of a critical attack, or is it still only five percent?

It's still only 5%, but if you had 3 critical crystals you would have 3 chances at 5% for it to activate as opposed to just 1 chance at 15% if that makes sense.
