Hmmm... are you sure there isn't a bit of a lag time? It might take a few minutes before the plushie collection achievements are counted towards your overall total achievement count. You also need to visit This Page to see the achievements and trophies.

Have you doubled checked the prizes page, as suggested to see if that updated it correctly?

I think it has...her recent achievements have a plushie achievement.
