I should be able to vend these 2 items from OD now that the trading company is open again correct? The items are:

As long as they weren't retired, in theory they are vendable. Good luck though.
They were retired up until today. If they were retired from shops, they should be unretired from vending as well correct?

Yes. If the rarity is no longer retired, you can vend them at OD. This is the only time of year you can vend them though. I believe this event lasts 10 days. I've vended quite a few pirate items already.

Thanks, I assume I will be buying them anyways, but if I don't need to shell out 10-25mil for the 2 items that would be great too.
