i went to restock since i have'nt been there in awhile and see it's closed,what did i miss?

It closed during the Chancellor's Cruise plot this summer. The items aren't retired, you can now get them from Quentin's quests. But good luck with that. Quentin now asks for holiday items and seems to be stingy with the rarer items.
