Hi, I've never received one of these to the email I signed up to Subeta with. I checked my spam folder and that my current email on prefs is the right one, too. Is there any way I can sign up for it?

According to Keith, you only receive them if you've been inactive for a period of 6 months or longer, so I don't believe you can actually sign up for it. :c Click!

Yep! :) So, I would just bookmark it if you want to keep an eye on it. Though, I'm not sure how often it updates.
