How about a random event in which someone pulls you over for riding rreign (or some other ..) while intoxicated? perhaps a fine? ;) but not every time. Sometimes perhaps just give a warning. :)

Ha, I can see this being a really funny random event. The site would probably have to set up a way to measure whether or not a user's intoxicated--maybe if you're carrying an alcoholic beverage in your inventory, it could happen, or if you feed your pet one it'll start the timer.

For some reason, this is making me giggle. Plus, we need something FUN to do with all that free beer that is now clogging up the streets of Subeta. :P
