me, my sister, and my mother are still trying to convince our father, but it's looking good so far.

we're requesting a female on the smaller side, because my parents have had bad experiences with male dogs. unfortunately, all the dog names i like are male names. elijah, ezekiel, noah, francis, etc. don't really suit girls. (i love the idea of classy human names for dogs, haha.)

anyways, help me with names? i'm thinking of kitty. i think it's cute, but i'd love some more suggestions. P:

Eli would be a good name, pronounced Ee-lie like in Elijah. :P (My favourite name.) It's lovely to hear your adopting. ;) There are plenty of perfectly fine animals waiting to be adopted! =3

yeah, adopting is really the way to go with greyhounds. i couldn't buy one from a breeder knowing that retired dogs still get put down.

although wyno reminds me oh johnny depp, haha. he changed his tattoo from "winona forever" to "wino forever" after they broke up. and now winona sounds good, too. ;D

yeah, my dad really likes a dog to cuddle with. i think he's most worried about the size, though - we've only had toy poodles before this.

The Owner of my barn adopted a greyhound. Jade is the cutest dog ever.

She listens really well and is great with the horses. She will run alongside them and the horses love racing her in the fields.
