Ahh, thanks for clearing that up! Course I couldn't bring myself to try and hold that sort of relationship together. It's so selfish and is unfair for the other person. :/ When I see people who do insist on those sorts of things, makes me feel bad for 'em.

Unfortunately, I did so. I kept hoping that one day, he'd care about me on the same level I cared about him, but it killed me.

I wouldn't do it again. It hurts far too much.
