Sorry if there's already a thread about this!

I know that the Art Student Assortment of Piercings has one, but I haven't been able to find just a septum piercing. The closest thing I could find is the Bonesy Signature Piercing, which... still isn't really a good alternative.

If there's one hiding out there, please let me know!
