That's funny. xD I don't think I've ever seen an expiration date that lasted more than 20 years. Hahahahh.

preservatives. plus graham crackers cannot go stale they are already tooth breakingly hard.

they wouldn't get stale, they'd get kinda soggy :/ it's really unpleasant

Keep them! Stock up on them in case there's a nuclear attack, they'll keep you going for ages.

And a little off topic: in elementary school they always made us make a survival kit and put it with 1,000 other survival kits in a trash can some place to save incase of that killer Earthquake that should probably kill all us Californians, or at least turn us into an island, incase any of us lived and are trapped on campus with no food. That was private school. But in public school they've never done that. Is that because I moved to a city that has a major fault line? x/ So we're just about destined to die in that event? Or do they just not care? lol.

This reminds me of that blog Steve Don't Eat It that someone mentioned here on the CC a few days ago. He eats a 20 year old box of Urkel-O's and says that they still tasted good. Haha.

I've had stale graham crackers before. I don't know if it was past the expiration date or not, but it was defintely stale. Instead of getting uncomfortably hard, they got uncomfortably soft. Almost mushy, actually.

It's strange, a lot of hard foods get soft when they're stale.

You should keep that box sealed and put it in a time capsule. Dig it up in 2031 and see if they still taste normal.

Or you could start stocking up a bomb shelter.
