you can have spaces in your User name now?!

just wondering since I saw a few of them around...

darn XD should have waited to change my username :P

The problem with spaces is that if the first word is the same as a frozen users name, then no one can comment/send you flowers/send you anything via your profile.

My friend has that problem right now. It's so irritating that I cant talk to her. Bah.

oh geez thats a problem they should probably get fixed lol. other then that its a neat idea to let us have spaces.

I'm not so sure it's allowed... it seems more to me that they're just mistakenly going through.

I feel like if it was allowed, they would've solved the link problem when it comes to spaces?

I thought we could always create usernames with spaces, you just can't ISS usernames with spaces?

That's what I thought too, I'm pretty sure I've seen usernames with spaces around for a while. But I could be wrong (:

I asked a staff member and she said it's been allowed for a few months now but causes a lot of problems with linking. Same with special characters.

So, even though it looks cool, don't do it.

Spaces and strange characters are causing issues with most site activities.

And, there is 1 or 2 letters usernames. :) You can't ISS to one, but you can create one. No bugs caused by these, though. No major ones.
