ive been wanting to make art of my own but dont know which program to use since my computer only has Paint..what program should i download?

The most common one to use is Photoshop :] Other people might prefer Opencanvas or... some other paint program :P I'm not too familiar with a lot of them since I only use photoshop xD

If you're looking for free ones, GIMP is ok I think, if you want to pay, I'd say Photoshop or Paint Tool Sai, or if you're looking more into digital painting Corel Painter is pretty good for that
