Its large and not very.. Professional? It doesn't really have much theme, but I'm not going to bash you so hard since it's a first attempt, maybe you could work a bit more on making it more simple and neater?

Perhaps you could work on your colour scheme there. The fonts don't really have anything in common and just look like they were thrown there. Nice try for a first go though :D

For a first try, I applaud you. :D Looks decent.

However, I'm a nitpick, so do you mind if I give you some C&C? xD The color of blue is really, really hard to read. o____o I would suggest going several shade lighter, -or- going several darker and giving it a lighter border. The fonts, like Artist mentioned, are a bit mishmashed. ^^" I would suggest with going for one or two different fonts at max. It gives the entire piece a more streamlined and put together feel.

Also, the set as a whole looks kinda... boxy? It gives it an amateurish look. You could give it colored outline and shrink it down a bit if you wanted to. That way it wouldn't be quite so distracting.

I would say, in the future, to always work in a minimalist approach. After all, a forumset is made to enhance the post, not attract away from it.

And, of course, practice makes perfect. :3 Lovely first try, but remember that even after a million-gazzillion years, there'll still be room for improvement.
