Whats the minimum you have to buy for to get one? I bought two sticker packs of 63 each, and I got no bobbles :s

How much are the sticker packs regulary because if they are below 100csc when not on sale you get no bobblehead.

i did get bobbleheads for all the beaveralls i bought and they were only 50csc
