But, as far as creepy PSAs go... here's one that's very creepy but not very effective... at least, not in this day and age.

I think the sounds were more frightening than the actual image, really.

Also, it took me awhile to realize that they girls were all the SAME PERSON. I think I was just too distracted by the crazy tentacle-thing. ;____;
