My head is throbbing. My thighs hurt. I see smoke, which is either a sign that my bowl is burning or there's something on fire, both of which are depressing and one of which is frightening. My head hurts because my neck and my shoulders hurt. My thighs hurt because I sat cross-legged with most of my weight on my legs for a long time last night. I want to go to sleep but have to be up for another two and a half hours.
