I've been working on portraiture for a while, and decided it was time to branch out a teensy bit. Hence a major need for critiquing ^_^

I'll be going back to portraits until the end of the year (couples this time), but I want to know if you guys have any suggestions for summer watercolors. They will continue to be naked men (mostly from behind, 'cause faces are hard), as I make a completely epic fail at women, but if there are certain areas of anatomy that need more work than others I'd like to know :neko:

Okay, I seriously wish I had the talent to use watercolor. That rainbow-butt one is absolutely fantasmagoric. The only minor foible I can find in the work is that the anatomy of the legs may be slightly off, as well as some minor contortions of the back muscle. Other than that, you're doing wonderfully.

Derek; Shhhh don't tell, but I had to cover up my muddy brown watercolor screw-ups with white a couple dozen times... Ohdearyes >_< I'm in the [very slow] process of memorizing the muscles back there, so hopefully those will get better. The legs on the rainbow guy are foreshortened because of his stance, and that was nawwt working for me. But THANK YOU! Hug
