I totally just blew 3mil on Item Hunt, for three quests--all for a measly 300k. JUST so I could stay in the game, because I am now on level 56 and I want to finish the game at least once just to say I did.

I'm questing for a Mystical Montre Plushie! I had 51mil not ten minutes ago, and now I blew it and only have 49mil. Of all the nincompoop things to do, for a blasted game.

And the items Chase asks for are just going to get more expensive, and five quests a day totally 500k at this point is not enough to make up for 3mil blown in one go.

Aw, that's too bad. :c I've just been quitting if he asks for something too expensive, but now I want to get to level 75 for the achievement. :3

But if you're so close to that plushie, why not take an item hunt hiatus? :)

Right now I am on level 75. I have been at that level for several days now. I know he is going to ask me for something outrageously expensive. What scares me even more is that he might ask me for something that no one is selling.

You're absolutely right EmilyMae - that IS the scariest part! I spent a fortune to get my Item Hunt achievement, and it's a relief to know that now, when he asks for something worth grossly more than the reward will be - I just start over!

Sundance has a good point though - take a break for a few days and raise some more SP, then give it a shot!

You're not an idiot, a lot of people spend MILLIONS upon MILLIONS just to keep in the game. I've seen boards where people have spent well over 15mil on one item. So yeah, besides this is Subeta :D you can easily make make your lost sP in no time at all ^^
