I miss all the identifacation boxes that use to pop up .I relied on them .

You mean when you hover over an item, or a username? They're still there. :s
They still work, but they take way longer now. I'm glad it's not just my computer!
If you have NoScript running you won't see any info boxes, you have to allow them. I was wondering what everyone was going on about for almost a day before I remembered to check NoScript. Now they're back and slow like everyone else says.

I do not have them.I don't know how to alter a site to allow script.They disappeared during Vesnali.

I can't help you in fixing your script, but I definitely miss the fast version of the ID boxes. The slow version can be vaguely useful in knocking items off my wishlist, but it was most helpful in questing and no longer is.

NoScript is a Firefox addon. You don't need to worry about it unless you have it installed.
I still get those boxes at home - on Firefox, although they take a lot longer to appear, but at work, on IE... I don't get them at all. That's frustrating, because I usually do my questing on my lunch hour at work :(
