I would assume that the Token Shop's stock times are random? Correct me if I'm wrong, but I /really/ want to to get an Ornate Floral Pitcher from there.

The Token Shop rarely restocks, and if it does it's announced in the news. There usually is one 'big' restock of a new item, and the hours after that they randomly put smaller amounts of that item in the Token Shop again. The news post about the pitcher was posted a few days ago so I doubt they will restock again.

That's not completely right Flower... The Token Shop restocks randomly without a News post too. You just need to check it as often as you can, the Pitcher too restocked some times now.
