I got a random item in my wishlist that I didn't put there myself, and I don't remember getting a quest for it. Is there any way I can find out if it was a quest, or is there another reason why it's there? Thank you. :)

You may have accidentally clicked on the little + when looking up an item, that will add it to your wishlist. You can just delete it if you want to. Its not a quest or anything.
