I've searched through the forums for an answer, so I apologise if I somehow missed it.

I live in the UK and, of course, use the British Pound. I've only recently made a Paypal account and have a very basic understanding of how they convert currency. I take it this applies to all Subeta Cash Shop items, too?

Sorry if I seem a bit... err, paranoid. I just don't want to be spending £5 against $5 for something, for example. I'd love to start buying on here but if anyone could offer a quick explanation to put my fears to rest, it'd be wonderful. :) Thank you.

I'm from Belgium, so I upload my Paypal with Euros. Paypal automatically converses the money. For example, last time I bought 5000 CSC for 50 dollars, but only 40-something euros were taken from my Paypal account due to the exchange rates.

No problem, and good luck on chosing. :P I went crazy in the cash shop after I discovered paypal allows to transfer money directly from your bank account to paypal. I thought you could only work with paypal if you had a visa, which I don't have.

At the moment, the currency conversion for UK money to American money is as follows: GBP : 1.000 USD : 1.524

It's not Subeta or Paypal that decide it, it's just...the way it is. ^_^; I'm actually not sure where it comes from. But it changes all of the time...it's bad at the moment, there was a time when it was half and half. Which was better for us Brits...

Anyway, on your Paypal account when you click to buy $5 worth of credits for example, it redirects you to Paypal where you log in, and it'll take you to the page where you click to finalize the transaction; there it will give you the conversion rate and how much it will charge you in GBP. :)
