Many web comics offer limited edition screensaver images for a donation of a small fee. Considering the amazing artwork provided by the staff artists, I think it would be a neat addition to the cash shop to offer limited edition Subeta artwork that could be used for screensaver images. It wouldn't have to be solely cash shop, there could be special images offered as seasonal gifts, rewards for certain achievements..all sorts of things.

And I know the artists are loaded with work, but I know there are lots of users that would dearly love to have some special piece of art by their favorite artist to put on display. They may never be able to afford to just buy a singular piece by that artist, but this way they could enjoy it and show off their love for Subeta at the same time.

So, do you think this sounds like a good idea? I've submitted it to the suggestions forum, I hope it gets used.

I think this is a good idea (though admittedly, not something I, personally, am interested in). I think it comes down to whether or not the artists are up to the additional work - and seeing as how screensavers could require large, detailed images, backgrounds and possibly animations, it would be a lot of ork.

Personally. I really like this idea. It would be a really cute idea to maybe have a 'cast' picture, with all the shop keepers and the other npcs in one picture for a desktop background. Unfortunately, it would be a lot more work for the already hard working artists.
