Calvin Blackmoon's Card Crusade

I've never played it before I gave it a go and it doesn't end o.o What am I missing here?

It's just like War - it keeps going until one person either runs out of cards or gives up. Which means if you hit an unlucky deck, you could get stuck passing cards back and forth for a long time before someone actually loses.

That's not how we play War in my region hence my confusion >.<; I won it though still don't understand how Thanks for the response ^.^
