I've tried my luck with all quests and nothing, have there been any successful vends of one that anyone knows of?

You can't vend a pitcher at all.

I guess I shouldn't find it funny that some poor person has been blowing all their tokens in hopes of vending an unvendable pitcher, but whatever. I'm a horrible person and I think it's hilarious!

From what I've heard it's not 'unvendable', but at least you're getting items for the vending achievements! =)

You cannot get the Pitcher from vending. However, it can be given out from quests.

Yeah you can get them from questing, thats how I got the one in my vault.

I have vended alot but never got a pitcher from any of the machines ..

Darkcloud, it's been proven that they can't be vended. ^_^;
