I would compromise between the two by trading the Pure White Stockings out for the Sheer White Lace Stockings. Those will give you the little bit of white poking out from the Leg Warmers, without taking over the red in your pants.

Also, with desire to stay away from black in your HA, the shoes seem a bit out of place. I would go with something stark white here, like the Arid Jackboots, White Mary Janes or White Slip Ons.
