*Epica, Nightwish, Therion, Within Temptation, System of a Down, Metallica, Korn, Nirvana (it's rather rock but nvm xD)

*I just found some songs, and from rock (Green Day, Nickelback etc) I liked metal :D

What are your favourite bands? hatebreed, slipknot, machine head, my ruin, cauldron, the defiled, stuka squadron, megadeth, metallica, korn, five finger death punch and children of bodom are just a few. :]

Why u listen to metal and how did u started ;D? because its bloody good! :D i had a friend for a while who's family was into metal. i went round her house a lot, and they almost always had a metal music channel on. =3 i liked it, and got into it from there :)

I listen to a variety of metal

I don't really have favourite bands any more. But I do like Slipknot, My Ruin, Chimaira, Korn, Lamb of God and Kittie.

I listen to it because I like it. I can't stand the majority of chart music nowadays, it's all horrible pop and I would just prefer to listen to metal and rock.

I listen to many different kinds. Preferably Melodic Death Metal. : D I'm picky about some types though. For instance, I'm not really fond of As I Lay Dying. "The Darkest Nights" is the only song I like by them. :I
