Okay, so I want you guys to tell me what you think the stories about, if the prologues good, and if it's something you would read just from reading the prologue.
(: Please and thank you -
How could I have been so stupid?
My parents warned me to be careful and stay out of trouble, but it just didn't get to me. Mitch had been a bad kid, a criminal. But did I care? Did I listen?
No. I went and got myself a criminal record.
I never should have gone to the mall with Mitch. I should never have gone into Hot Topic with him. And I should have never, ever ran from the cops with him. And I should have never believed him when he said everything would be fine in the end.
Because I knew that this would end badly, whether we got caught or not, our lives were ruined.

Oooh, love the prologue! I would definitely read the story (: It's a good idea.
It comes off as somewhat stilted and predictable; and furthermore, I'd like to remind all readers that Hot Topic is owned by the Gap, and that REAL Goths make their own clothes.
Thank you, and goodnight.
FOR THE EMPEROR!
I don't know, honestly I'm more of a "read the blurb on the back/inside cover" than a "read the first chapter" when it comes to picking out books. Scratch that, I usually pick them by their cover... (Seriously.)
Anyway, point is, is that I would like to know more about this story. The prologue sounds okay so far, I mean it's already given the whole story away it seems like and I'm just not really into those stories that show what happen at the end and just rewind. :/ Good luck on writing your story though.
Hmm, it's okay, though there is room to improve. It's quite short, unless you're aiming for a short story, where upon a prologue is unnecessary.
Oh, and on a subjective note, a prologue shouldn't explain anything until after the book is read; they act as spoilers, but not obvious ones. What you have written now is more suitable as the beginning of chapter one or an excerpt for whenever the event takes place (depending on how the story is being told).
Whether or not I would read it...it really depends where you plan to go with it. As it stands now, I probably wouldn't, though that is entirely based on my lack of interest for romance/modern plots. However, it does have nice potential.
