Hello, Subeta! Today, I received a haircut. Most people would consider it kind of drastic, but I've been wanting this cut for a while. I went from a long blunt cut to a pixie cut.... I'm loving my new hair.

Were there any drastic hair changes that you did? Were you scared?

Also, did you ever get a really good haircut or a really bad haircut? What's your current hairstyle?

Very nice! Back in December I had my hair cut from having my hair be long enough that it reached to the middle of my back to just below chin length. I love having shorter hair! But now it seems to be taking forever to grow back D:

Thank you. When I first went to my new salon, I had hair that went to the middle of my back too, but I chopped it off to my blunt cut and sent it to Locks of Love. You don't have to worry as much with shorter hair, and that's probably the only problem of short hair. D: Good luck on growing it back, though!

I got my hair cut really short from really long years back...haven't done anything as drastic since. Got blunt bangs from long side bags, but that's it. :)

Looks good! A few years ago I got a pretty big haircut. My hair went from being part-way down my back to above my shoulders. It was the first time my hair had been that short since elementary school or something. Since then I've been growing it out. :P

Well the most drastic change in hair style I had was from having it all one length down to my hips to having it just past shoulder length and layered. I had that layered style a few times, but I let it grow out, so now it's down to my hips again lol...but this time it's retained a sort of layered-ness.

The most drastic hair change I got a was a few months back, my hair went from being at my waist to being at my neck. That hair cut SUCKED! I got a new person as a stylist and his sister got him the job so (I didn't realize it then but..) that said a little about his skills. By the time the hair cut was done it was as uneven as hell. There were chunks that were longer than others and then some were cut diagonal. Ugh, awful. Now my hair is down to my mid-back, and the parts that were short grew back out. :) Yay!

Layered hair always looks so stylish and pretty. With your current length, I bet the combination looks wonderful.

That sounds like a terrible haircut. I'd be so happy that it grew back. xD I hope that you'll ask about your stylist next time. We don't want another haircut like that one described. o_o;

I had my hair so long and got about 8 inches or so cut off. My hair is naturally curly and I had it cut into layers which brought out the curls. I love it~ :3

I have to agree with everyone, you can definitely rock the pixie.

Last summer, I got my bangs back (after growing them out for about eight years) and I cut about 3 or 4 inches off, so that my hair is at my shoulder versus the middle of my back. I really like it so much more, much easier to keep up with.

I had my hair cut from mid thigh to mid back recently. Yeah my hair was very long.

My hair grows super fast, but finally about two years ago, I hacked it all off after it had grown well down my back. At that time, it was about shoulder length, and then I side-parted my bangs. For awhile, it just stayed side-parted and shoulder length, then I got it cut up to about my chin, and my bangs cut above my eyebrows, but still side-parted last summer. And since then, my hair is about a quarter of the way down my back, and I blunt cut my bangs.

I could never do the pixie cut, but you're totally rocking yours.

Everybody's cut their hair; it seems. Hopefully, no one was too terrified. From the descriptions, Subeta's members have awesome hair.

And thank you everyone! I am glad that the hairdresser didn't butcher it, but then again, she always does great with hair. If only my peers are nice as you all Monday...

Lol here's drastic for you:

1. I had hair halfway between my chin and my shoulders. I got a mohawk.

2. Got the original haircut back.

3. Got another mohawk.

4. Shaved off everything but my bangs and the little pieces above my ears, remnants of the 'hawk.
