So anyone here in to voice acting? Be it fandubs, original creations, whatever?

I'm a big fan of it, but I don't do any myself. Wish I did, I'd love to be in an animated film or cartoons.
Yeah, I like it too, but I'm not too flash at the moment, but I'm working on it :P Practice makes perfect, I guess. I like doing different accents.
I wish I was, but I'm not. Instead, I get practicing by reading outloud to my sister, or acting out other people when I get the chance.

I've never done it before but I'd really like to do it! Let's say in one of those animated films.. That would be so awesome.
If there's someone who has done these official things before: how did you find out that the job spot was open? And was it hard to get in?
I've done a little professional voice acting work. I was the voice of a german mouse called Maus on a childrens educational CD rom and a radio adverts for a spa chain and a beauty salon.
My main tips would be to enunciate every letter clearly no matter your accent or emotion and to watch out for hard 'P's.
