I can try, but what kind of editing? Spelling errors? Or accuracy? Experience length: Not much, but I edit my own things and I write. Lastest version of microsoft word: Latest? I don't think I have the latest one, but mine works fine. Username: Sweetpea41197 Can you edit 2 papers by this evening: Possibly. Depending on the length.

spelling and grammar edits are what i am looking for. One paper is three pages the other two. what i mean by latest is what most up to date version do you have (i.e. 2000, 2003)

QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. Must have over a year of experience with some type of editing. Check

  2. Must come on Subeta Daily Check

  3. Must have a valid e-mail address. This is so i can e-mail you the stuff to be edited. Check

  4. Fast Editor. ... and fast reader. That's what everyone tells me. I can GUARANTEED get your work back to you in less than 12 hours. I have to edit a crapload of articles every day because I'm editor of our school paper... and I have to edit well. So quality and quantity go hand in hand for me.

APPLICATION:

  1. Username Tetris

  2. Years of Experience Three, at least. I've been doing official editing for three years. Unofficial for most of my literate life. I'm Features editor of the News (school newspaper), managing editor of the Lit (a literary publication), editor of the Journal of Social Science (a poli-sci publication), editor of the Journal of Science and Technology (science publication). Aside from doing that, I've also been a meticulous grammar nazi since I was old enough to type. But my editing usually goes beyond grammar - I try to maintain syntax and coherency in the writing, as well as working to eliminate redundancy and fallacies in logic. I'll point these out to you, probably, but I can also stick to grammar if you so need.

  3. How often do you come on Subeta and at what times. I live in the Subeta-time time zone. So I'm on from perhaps 8-11 pm every day...? But I check my email obsessively - as in, every ten or twenty minutes. The problem is that Subeta is blocked on school computers so I need to wait until I'm back in my dorm to use my own laptop to get on Subeta. But I am on every day.

NOTE: Since school is going to be out for me in about two weeks, I'll be on much more. And I'm on almost all day if it's the weekend...

  1. Optional: Example of your work. As a big deviantArt fan, I'll link to four of my short one-shot scenes. They are themed around the popular manga 'Bleach'... because I adore the unusual level of complexity and creativity to be found in the Espada. It's rare to find such well-crafted personalities, doubly rare to encounter them in Shounin manga.

Ascendo Tuum - 'Up Yours' Ens Causa Sui = 'Existing Because of Oneself' Ego te Absolvo - 'I Absolve You'

And hey, if you have an account on dA, feel free to fave my work. ;)
