I've been trying to come up with a name for a character of mine, a human female rogue that I'll be writing a back story for shortly for a new Dungeons and Dragons campaign. Long story short I haven't been able to decide on anything concrete until now, and even these two aren't set in stone.

The two names I'm trying to decide between are Cyra and Skylar. I'm completely open to other suggestions though, but I'm mostly looking for opinions on those two... which do you think is better? Which sounds better for a rogue/thief type character?

Thanks :)

Skylar sounds harder to pronounce. I'll go with Cyra. :) Thief types shouldn't have complicated names; that's reserved for incredibly important figures like kings and queens or something like that :P In my opinion at least.

I think that you should go with Cyra, because Skylar sounds like someone carefree, no a rouge.

Well, I have to say I like Cyra more than Skylar. I've heard of too many names with Skylar in them, and it does sound more carefree. But that's just based on what I've read in fantasy, and I haven't exactly read any of the D&D books or spin-offs.
