Is it NEVER open!?

I keep trying to go there, every hour, to catch the two that its supposed to be open and in over a week, I STILL haven't managed to catch it.

Is there a pattern as to when its open? Cause I really want my glade pet ;_;

Between 8 and 9 a.m. and 8 and 9 p.m., Subeta time.

Gahhh I didnt know it was SET hours, poop! Someone told me it was two random hours a day and I thought they were right x_x
