It looks very bulky right now. My guess is that you're going for some sort of gothic lolita theme; if that's the case I'd suggest removing the lace jacket and replacing it with and using one of the smaller marauder jabots.

I don't know if you're going for a male or female HA so I'm not sure what to say about the leg and head areas.
