Ahaha. It might seem that way and might have been influenced by it. . .but wouldn't be that the same as stereotyping Subeta and saying that its just Neopets + Gaia Online fused? Of course I can see why some people might say that, but Subeta is awesome and has no comparison. So while I might not be a Big O fan (though I do like Gundam and Batman separately), I can see why some fans might be offended

I used to watch Big O all the time. Even if it was influenced by a Batman series, I really don't think they're the same thing at all. Sure, there might be some similarities, but there are a lot of similarities between a lot of unrelated things. There was more to Big O than just "fighting crime with that big guy," and you make it sound like a crappy show ;(
