I had thought that perhaps the Cash Shop Hustler had been disabled from stocking during the Black Friday weekend (although last year it seems to me it was stocking like... every fifteen minutes for awhile... ), however it's now been a full week since Black Friday and it still has not stocked anything else.

Keith said that parts of the cash shop are being revamped including the Hustler.
