Okay so this is literally how stupid I can be.

After wrapping some things up on the quick stock page I go to my inventory to individually price check things before deciding whether I want to sell them or keep them.

Than I happen to see this .

I check to see if it's wearable and it is and I happen to glance at what the price is in shops and I was amazed.

Than I wasted about three minutes trying to figure out how I got it (I did some quests at the last minute and was just like go go go) and yet I did not recall that as a reward.

I finally spy the comatose lizard minion and realize that my track finally caught one which nabbed me the achievement.

Apparently I am just really really slow tonight :D

Oh well another achievement down, that I was not really worrying about getting anyways :D

I always thought that I would notice each and every lizard event after I got the spray/trap, but nope -- I've missed all of them. xD
