so, uh, I actually used to know how to fix this - like, not all that long ago - but I am coding retarded and regularly forget things like this.

anyway, sometimes when I use tables I notice this issue with multiple columns. even when i use valign=top, one of the columns will always be lower than the other. I know there was a trick to fix it, other than having equal amounts of text on each side, but I don't remember it. If anyone could help me, that'd be spiffy.
