I'm confused.

And kind of hurt.

I have this friend that I've had for... about five years. Over the internet.

We became friends back in elementary school, on neopets. And we're basically just the same person in two different bodies. xD;

We joke around and we talk all the time and text and whatever, but lately... she's been a real bitch to me. I know it sounds harsh, but she's just been absolutely cruel and I can't figure out why. /:

I normally wouldn't complain if it was just joking kind of stuff, we go back and forth 'insulting' each other all the time, it's just how we are.

But lately she's been telling me that I look like a little boy, I'm fat, that I need to get a life, etc. Just now I made a bulletin on myspace [admittedly, I was being whiny] talking about how I was getting weary with all these stereotypical teenagers talking about how awful their lives are because they don't have a new phone, etc. And she comments and tells me to get over myself, this is old news, your angst is useless.

I'm just like, what the fuck? We were really great friends. And now. I don't even know. ;__;

i would try to talk to her and figure out why she'd be acting this way towards you. it could've been something you've done and you just didn't notice it, or her views on you have just changed suddenly for no/some strange reason.

people grow apart, i guess. i'd suggest asking her if there's something in particular you've done to piss her off. if not, stop bothering with her, bitch ain't worth it.

She's the kind of person who would outright tell me if there was something that I did to make her mad, but I'll go on and ask her anyway.

i agree with shatzy.. people change. but everyone once in a while my bff gets bitchy with me too. we also met on neopets and have been friends for INFINITY.

i just take it in stride. let him go through with whatever he's going through because (since he is a real friend) he always comes back to me. i think it'd be worth it to give her some space. try to avoid talking to her on myspace.

you can tell her that she's been a bitch lately so you'll back off and maybe she'll get over it and things will be okay again.

or maybe she's just sick of you. idk. from what you post about your friends, it seems like you have ones that are way more worth it than her.

The friends I DO have are great. I love them to death. But I've seriously gone through a lot with this girl. I mean, even over the internet, I basically grew up talking to her. It would kill me to just completely drop her without a reason, other than she's got sand in her vagina or whatever. If she was sick of me, I would be pretty heartbroken but I wouldn't really blame her, lawl.
