Standard set you want a freezer, healer, all icon blocker(Shinwas Temple Shard), a stealer, at least one weapons changer, at least two attackers, a shrine and some spells(Terra or Soothing Current are the standard healing ones). For your size pet Red Rreign Staff of Lore is the best healer till you have about 500 health then you want to switch to a % healer. Beyond that you want different defenders and attackers to switch in and out depending on who you are fighting. Which is the "best" attacker, healer or defender all depends on who you are fighting.
