Have you ever broken or chipped a tooth? If you have, explain how it happened.
I broke one and chipped another.
The first one was my left front tooth. I was skipping on one of those concrete retaining walls in a playground when I was in third grade at recess and I slipped, breaking off about half of the tooth. TALK ABOUT PAIN! I cried for hours, haha. I forget what they did with me afterwards; all I remember is being escorted inside with a bloody mouth. I went for four years with a pointy front tooth before it got repaired. Now half of that tooth is fake.
And when I was still in elementary school, I was walking in the hallway going to my bedroom when I tripped over my nightgown that was way too long for me, chipping the other front tooth. That one's barely noticeable (that word looks way wrong o.o')
But yeah, tell us your stories, chit chatters!
That's never happened to me, but it does in my dreams. I always have this dream where all my teeth come out and I'm this horrible ugly girl. Then I wake up so happy that it's not true. :]
I chipped my front right tooth when I was 8 when my dad built a ramp and I roller bladed off of it, landing face down on the pavement.
I subsequently shipped it on a glass cup and then again by bumping it. I've had my current one for about 3 years now, but it's still not the permanent kind.
i have dreams when i lose/break/ and pull out teething like, every week. my mom says that means you're lying or gossiping or something :I
i chipped my tooth on a shopping cart once, and i used to have a big gap in my teeth when i was little.
back in like, 4th or 5th grade, i was running to get to science after recess (with my mouth open for some reason like an idiot or something), and i just thought i'd eat some cement tripped over my own shoe and fell forward, onto my two front teeth. i partially chipped my left one and chipped off half the right one. ffff it hurt like hell, especially when i sucked in air, and now the right tooth is like half fake.
i also chipped one of my back teeth on bacon once when i was with my family in some hotel restaurant in tahoe. i found it pretty funny except it hurt when it scratched the inside of my mouth. then it was just annoying.
:] I broke one when I got in a fight a few years ago.
i've never had a broken tooth myself... but the idea makes me cringe D:
i count myself lucky to have never chipped or broken a tooth.
i have some wisdom teeth coming though at the moment though D:
I don't know how it happened, but there was a chip (more like a flake haha) missing off a tooth one day when I went to the usual dentist visit. My dentist was like 'hey man what did you do?' but I remember nothing ._.
Other than that I've been very lucky with my teeth, nothing's ever hurt (not even my double sets of wisdom teeth P: yum yum) and they're good strong and white :o
THEY CAN'T BREAK YOU IF YOU DON'T HAVE A SPINE
I did that when i was jumping over one of those little plastic white chairs.
I can jump really tall stuff but I just wasn't lucky that day because my foot caught the chair and i ended up sprawled out on the pavement. Broke my wrist, chipped my front tooth and lost the other one that was waiting to come out.
Ugh I was not having a good day lol
Working on filled wardrobe achievement. Almost at 12k!
No. But my mum once told me she fell off a wall when she was younger and chipped a tooth, so she went to the dentist, who opened her mouth and broke her jaw O_X
Well...me half-brother did chip one of me teeth...and he tried to convince me that drinking milk would make it grow backO.o
