I had one this morning. I decided to watch Twilight, and I was surprised that I actually kinda liked it xD
Don't bash me for enjoying the movie please ;) I was just wondering about your unexpected (be it pleasant or unpleasant) surprises :)
For me it was the exact opposite :P I saw SO many people posting about how bad it was and how everybody who loves it is a moron/sad person and whatever. So it was a pleasant surprise!

I kinda liked the movie. I hope they do better on New Moon.

I watched the movie before I read the book. (:o) I liked the movie, and then the book was even better. The only thing I dislike about twilight is people treating it like its the greatest thing in the world. It's just a book/movie....
I haven't had any pleasant surprises today but plenty in the last few weeks actually.
My parents came to stay for the night and gave me some flowers. My boyfriend bought me a bottle of my favourite Vodka. And my employment agency told me they're giving me £40 in holiday payments :].

It was a [sort of pleasant ?] surprise to me today that I found out that I screwed up my maths test less than I thought.
But still. Really screwed it :P
My surprise was that no matter how many times I watch 1408, I still laugh when the hotel manager has given Enslin the drinks and the book as a bribe to stay out of the room and after a pause, Enslin says, "I'm still staying." lol.
The only unexpected surprise I can think of is that yesterday we found out one of the dancers at our studio won't be able to dance until next year.): He's in a lot of routines too, I wonder how it'll work out...
